2026 Membership Information
Mini/Junior u6-u18 Membership

Youth under 18 must be registered by a Parent or Guardian.
All players are required to register via the PlayHQ online system. Once you have signed into the system, you will be able to pay the registration fees online.
2026 Registration Information and Options
Fees are broken down into 4 parts:

Club fee - this pays for team entry fees, practice fields, game referees, and club infrastructure

Rugby Ontario fee - the provincial union promotes the sport, organizes leagues, develops coaches, etc.

Rugby Canada fee - Our National Union covers all liability & Insurances.

Service fee - Pays for the Registration Website and Banking charges from Credit Card Companies
**IMPORTANT** All programming and costs are subject to change based on the types of activities and programming we are offering.

Registration coverage is from May 1st, 2026 until April 30th, 2026 Per the current fee structure.
Club TRAINING AND GAME KIT
All new members will receive a training kit comprising of:
1 x Training T-shirt
1 x Training Shorts
Members will be responsible for their own:

Black Socks for game
-
Rugby Cleats
-
Mouth guard
-
Any other protective gear choice (must be sanctioned by World Rugby)
Members will be required to ensure the club training apparel is worn to each practice and when attending games or festivals.
